From the moment a candidate registers with us, we embed a culture of safe work, clear communication, and mutual accountability. Our onboarding process includes tailored Minimum Operating Standards, pre-placement self-assessments, and training support where needed. We also work closely with host sites to confirm their safe systems of work and provide guidance where there are gaps.
Because when we place someone on-site, we do so know they’re informed, supported, and empowered to speak up.
