A Human-Centred Approach
Founded by Bethanks Pty Ltd, Prime Staffing was born from a vision of raising the standard in temporary and casual recruitment. We know that successful placements rely not only on skill, but on alignment — between candidate expectations, site conditions, and employer culture.
That’s why we focus just as much on people as we do on process. We invest the time to understand every individual, whether you’re a kitchen hand looking for your first FIFO job, or a hospitality operator trying to build a consistent team in a high-turnover setting. We listen. We guide. And we stay connected long after the shift has ended.
Specialising in Hospitality and Site Services
Our team specialises in staffing for:
-
Remote mine site villages (utilities, chefs, housekeeping)
-
Camp catering and cleaning support
-
Commercial kitchens and catering teams
-
Hospitality venues (cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels)
-
Regional and metro placements across Western Australia
We understand the unique pace and pressure of these environments — where rosters change, logistics matter, and good communication keeps teams running smoothly. That’s why we’ve designed our systems to be agile, responsive, and industry aware.
