Mine Site Chef | FIFO Opportunity

Prime Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Chefs to join our roster of hospitality professionals for remote mine site placements across WA. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong culinary background, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Location: Western Australia (FIFO from Perth)

Roster: 2:1 or 1:1 –Negotiable

Employment Type: Casual (Labour Hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services

• Manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness to industry standards

• Comply with all food safety, WHS, and site-specific protocols

• Collaborate with site teams to accommodate dietary and service requirements

• Uphold Prime Staffing’s standards of professionalism and reliability

Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

• At least 2 years experiences in remote or large-scale kitchen environments preferred

• Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain via Prime Staffing traineeship

• RSA certification advantageous

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• White card
