Your Role
Cook and serve meals for 40-600guests
Maintain high standards in food safety, hygiene, and WHS
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with site staff
What you need
Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
2+ years’ experience in bulk or remote kitchens
WA Manual Driver’s Licence & full working rights
Confidence across Pastry, Salads, Batch Cooking & Breakfast
